Hours: 12 PM–8 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Closed Wednesday. A callback request does not confirm an appointment or guarantee same-day treatment.

Discuss how many visits may be needed and whether you should allow time for further assessment, treatment stages and restoration. Bring relevant records as advised by the clinic.
